Welcome to Haggetts Aluminum’s most recent project for a customer here in the Central Florida area. These photos from various angles show the procedure to complete an installation for this large free-standing aluminum carport approximately 30 feet by 50 feet long.
Prior to these photos shown here, we had to outline the carport to fabricate the frame. The first row of photos show how we began the preparation for this custom carport’s installation. With all the materials in place for the posts, covering, and even a drainage system, we continued on to the next steps of assembling this roof as seen in the next rows of photos.
In this case, slats were used to create what is known as a pan roof on this carport. In the set of photos at the very bottom you can see the finished product that fits seamlessly to our customer’s home. The most inexpensive way build a carport for your home we recommend would be by using 3 inch aluminum riser pans for the roof instead of insulated panels.
