This recent project is a screened portico home addition custom designed and built at the entrance of this Central Florida home.
Unlike a typical open portico with just a roof and columns, ours is more like a mini-screenroom that solves a drainage problem.
When it rained the owner would get soaked from water draining off the garage and home when they enter or exit the main entrance.
Our custom solution is a roof and gutter system, and with that screen door the owner can leave the main door open in good weather.
