This custom wood deck and screen room project adds more outdoor space for owners of this Merritt Island, Florida manufactured home.
The 10′ x 12′ raised wooden deck was built level to the house floor with an exit door, wooden stairs, and a custom aluminum frame.
This rearview shows the completed custom design screen room, screen panels, frame, and non insulated aluminum pans for the roof.
We also designed and installed the white aluminum skirting around the bottom of the deck to close it off to keep critters out.
