This huge screen room in Titusville Florida is two 20’x20′ sections featuring one with an open screened top, and the other with an insulated roof.

The owner demolished their swimming pool and created a huge concrete slab that Haggetts redesigned into a custom screen room as shown here.

This recent tornado damaged screenroom rebuild project was our second time because it was previously destroyed a year ago by Hurricane Ian.

Here’s a photo of the new screenroom for a customer in Cocoa, Florida, that was rebuilt by Haggetts. We’re hoping twice was enough.

The custom design features one door, indoor stairs, a roof extended from the screenroom, and gutters and drains to keep the open area dry.
