This custom 20 foot aluminum awning for a customer in Titusville, Florida, demonstrates our advanced manufacturing techniques.

This first photo shows the custom 20 foot awning progress as our tech prepares the mounting hardware as phase one in the project.

Our next photo displays the custom 20 foot awning complete and covering the width of 6 windows to provide a nice level of shade.

You can easily adjust the awning angle, and it can be closed completely to protect the windows from wind damage during storms.

Merritt Island Screen Room

This project for a new Merritt Island screen room began with demolition and removal of the old one and pouring a new concrete slab.

Major Screen Room Upgrade Project

This major screen room upgrade project involved converting a carport to a huge screen room for a customer in Titusville, Florida.

This carport conversion was a motor home carport that we converted to a bug free screen room with custom noseeum screens throughout.

This next photo from another angle shows the wide screen room area, the open patio, and part of the smaller screened in area.

This final photo shows the smaller narrow screen room (photo left), and the custom door that leads through the screened walkway.

The completed project was a challenge to convert an open motor home carport to an enclosed bug free screen room that is 14′ high!

Employee Lounge Custom Roof

This recent project features an employeee lounge custom roof that we designed and built for Savings Safari in Cocoa, Florida.

Phase one of the employee lounge area shows the original structure prior to any work installing a new custom insulated roof.

Phase two shows the work in progress and near completion including the roof that will provide shade and protection from rain.

The completed employee lounge is shown with a 14’ x 30’ custom roof ready to add outdoor furniture to our final installation.

Custom Carport Built in One Day

Haggetts Aluminum designed and installed this custom carport that was built and finished in one day for a St Cloud Florida client.

Our first photograph of this custom carport project shows stacked raw material and initial construction of the base and frame.

The progress in phase two as shown above features the completed frame and the start of the construction of the aluminum pan roof.

Custom Screenroom Start to Finish

Custom Porch Conversion Project

This custom porch conversion project was a makeover with upgraded roofing, acrylic windows, and vinyl siding under the windows.

The old screen room was upgraded by insulating the original pan roof. New windows and siding enhanced the outdoor space even more.

Here’s the empty porch interior. We did reframing to install new acrylic windows. We insulated and installed inside vinyl siding, too.

Custom Bahama Awnings Project

This custom Bahama awnings project for a homeowner in Central Florida includes adjustable shade slats in various custom sizes.

The front view in our first photo displays a single double wide awning with slats that create shade yet allow viewing outdoors.

The home side custom Bahama awnings include a tall configuration and then a square version to match the dimensions of each window.

The two identical back side awnings are open, and this photo shows the lower adjustment to lock the awning down during storms.

Advantages of our Bahama awnings include adequate shade, slats for an open view of the outside, and extra protection of windows.
