Air Conditioned Room Add On

This custom air conditioned room add on for a Cocoa Florida customer was an upgrade replacement room for an existing modular home.

The existing room was removed because it leaked and was not insulated. This first photo shows the new custom room add on when done.

This is the room entrance view of the insulated air conditioned room, insulated roof, two insulated doors, and the new ac unit.

The final photo shows the interior view with a 24″ kickplate that raised the new acrylic double hung windows higher from the ground.

Check out the workmanship of this precision custom design. This customer now has a high quality air conditioned room to enjoy the outdoors.

Custom 150 MPH Wind Rated Carport

This freestanding 20′ x 20′ square custom 150 mph wind rated carport was designed for a doctors parking lot in Rockledge, Florida.

The 4″ x 4″ upright aluminum posts are embedded 2 feet into the ground and cemented in place to handle high winds common in Florida.

This special custom carport was custom designed and built to withstand sustained 150 mph winds according to required local code.

Insulated Patio Cover Skylights

This custom designed insulated patio cover with skylights was built to a customer’s special request in Port St. John, Florida.

The insulated patio cover was the first phase, and then the skylights were added because the customer wanted light from above.

This next photograph is a closeup of that second phase with the skylights installed. Those were designed for this type of application.

This final photograph shows a closeup of the skylights from a rooftop view, and shows the quality, fit, sealing, and drainage.

Super Wide 22ft Aluminum Awning

This amazing project involved designing a super wide 22 foot aluminum awning that is our widest custom one piece installation.

Our first photo taken upon completion in our Cocoa Florida factory shows the outside view of the 22 foot wide custom aluminum awning.

The next photo shows the underside of the custom super wide 22 foot aluminum awning, and the perfection of the project construction.

While the 22 foot wide awning is the limit for a one piece construction, we can custom design wider aluminum awnings as two pieces.

Acrylic Patio Window Upgrade

This home improvement project involved a multiple acrylic patio window upgrade to replace older vinyl windows in this Florida home.

This first photo shows the patio door entrance and multiple new single hung acrylic windows that keep cold air in and hot air out.

Large Custom Carport Cocoa FL

This large custom carport in Cocoa Florida is phase one, and phase two will extend the roof and include a screen room addition.

Our first photo shows the slab driveway as viewed from the street prior to beginning the large custom carport project in Cocoa FL.

The new double wide carport with insulated roof as shown from the street view is complete as phase one of this custom installation.

The last photo shows the custom carport including the roof extension around the corner for the screen room to be added in the future.

Screen Room and Patio Roof

This custom screen room and patio roof project was built onto an existing wooden deck for this customer in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

This first photo shows the custom screen room in the distance and the insulated patio roof over the wooden deck of this project.

Here’s the patio deck insulated roof extended from the screen room to provide shade and cover. It will withstand 150 mph winds.

Everything is built to building code, and includes the 4th wall construction with post and beams along the wall of the home.

Pool Equipment Awning Project

This creative pool equipment awning project for a customer in Merritt Island, Florida, provides multiple custom shade solutions.

The first photo shows the custom aluminum awning covering up pool equipment to provide shade and protection from extreme elements.

This custom awning also provides shade to the window and home interior because it extends over that window to the right on the wall.

In the next photo the awning is closed against the wall and fastened down to protect the window in case of a storm and high winds.

Another advantage of this awning installation is protecting equipment from the Florida sun and salt air which slows down the aging.

Screen Room with Acrylic Windows

This custom screen room with acrylic windows on 3 sides was designed and installed on a preexisting slab for a Cocoa Florida client.

The screen room was built from the ground up attached to the existing home. If required, Haggetts could have done the cement slab.

Our custom screen room solution included an insulated roof for added comfort, plus a gutter and drain to manage any rain water.
