One of our recent projects in Cocoa, Florida, is a custom design of a combo golf cart carport and storage shed built to withstand 150 mph wind speed.

Our first photo shows the early phase of the golf cart carport and storage shed that features an insulated roof plus a small 8′ x 7′ wood frame construction.

The golf cart carport storage shed was constructed next to an existing garage, and the interior was finished with wood framed walls and vinyl siding.

Park Manufactured Home Model

This park manufactured home model in Rockledge, Florida, was built to display a variety of awning designs that help protect windows in storms.

This photo illustration displays many styles and sizes of our clamshell aluminum awnings that are manufactured in our factory in Cocoa, Florida.

During a storm all of our clamshell aluminum awnings are designed to be closed down and fastened onto the wall to give you some security.

However, clamshell awnings are not hurricane rated, and their cost is significantly lower than impact rated Bahamas or window coverings.

Pan Roof Over Entrance Door

This custom designed project features the addition of a pan roof over the entrance door of this manufactured home in Central Florida.

Our customer wanted a roof with gutters to provide a long entrance that will keep their sidewalk, steps, and door dry on rainy days.

This custom 6′ x 12′ pan roof includes gutters and drains, and we installed one of our custom clamshell awnings over the back door.

Tornado Damaged Screenroom Rebuild

This recent tornado damaged screenroom rebuild project was our second time because it was previously destroyed a year ago by Hurricane Ian.

Here’s a photo of the new screenroom for a customer in Cocoa, Florida, that was rebuilt by Haggetts. We’re hoping twice was enough.

The custom design features one door, indoor stairs, a roof extended from the screenroom, and gutters and drains to keep the open area dry.

Carwash Roofs in Cocoa Florida

Titusville School Walkway Roof

This recent custom built project is a 12’x24’ Titusville school walkway roof that is insulated and replaces one blown away in a hurricane.

Our first photo collage shows 2 photographs that display the Titusville school walkway roof progress where framing is done and ready for the roof.

Custom Screenroom and Carport

This home project included a custom screen room with acrylic windows and a low-profile carport for a Titusville, Florida customer.

Custom Gabled Carport Titusville

This custom gabled carport project in Titusville Florida was designed, built, and installed to follow the roof line of the home.

This is the first custom gabled carport photograph out of 7.

The next photo shows the progress of the framing to the roof line.

The custom gabled carport design will include a full roof cover.
