This Cocoa Florida project features another large custom screen room, and it includes a concrete slab for the floor foundation.

Unique Custom Florida Carport

We accepted the challenge for a unique custom Florida carport project that involved creative design for a Cocoa, Florida customer.

View this photo that shows a near completion of the custom carport that we built turned at an odd angle to approach their house.

We used custom cut 3 inch insulated roof panels and challenging custom design to cut all the angles needed to make those turns.

This custom carport was built to Brevard County building codes that includes a quality that meets a 150 mile an hour wind zone.

Custom Sunroom to Replace a Screen Room

This new project for a Rockledge Florida client is a custom sunroom to replace a screen room and features insulated glass windows.

This first photo is a front view after we removed the old outdated screen room, and designed, built, and installed the new sunroom.

Our next photo displays a closeup view of the exceptional quality insulated glass windows and glass door at the sunroom entrance.

The final photo shows the high quality of the custom sunroom from a different view that includes details of the gutters and drains.

New Mobile Home Carport

This new mobile home carport project is one we designed, built, and installed to replace a previous one destroyed in a hurricane.

Screenroom on Concrete Pad

This custom screen room on a concrete pad involved the design and pouring of the concrete pad, and then building the screen room.

Bay Window Clamshell Awnings

This recent Merritt Island Florida project involved 3 bay window clamshell awnings to protect the windows during stormy weather.

The clamshell awnings are adjustable to select levels of shade, and can be locked down completely closed for maximum protection.

Bahama Awnings Rockledge Florida

This project was a complete installation to add Bahama awnings to every window for this manufactured home in Rockledge, Florida.

This shows the first Bahama double awning installed on this project, and the horizonal slats can be adjusted for a level of shade.

This photo has multiple Bahama awnings ready to install for this Rockledge Florida owner. We installed awnings on all of the windows.

One advantage of our Bahama awnings is shade ranging from wide open to see outdoors, in between, and 100% closed for bad weather.

Custom Roof Entrance Cover
