Wooden Raised Deck Project

This series of photos is a recent wooden raised deck project from start to finish. Consider a similar project for your own mobile home here in the coastal Central Florida area.

We built a wooden raised deck at the base of this mobile home to bring the floor level up to were it is even with the home’s floor.

All the lumber installed is pressure treated and once the project is complete we plan to put a laminate flooring down inside the enclosure.

Additionally, we added acrylic windows into the room along with a glass entrance door. Next to the new room, we added a brand new shed from the ground up.

Roof Water Collection Solution

These photos display the latest aluminum pan roof project we completed here in Central Florida. Review this description of a roof which had water collecting in puddles, the solution, and another happy customer.

We put a 3 inch aluminum pan roof over an existing gravel roof that had problems with water collecting on it. The existing roof was completely flat with no place for the water to run off, so puddles formed.

Our team built a complete frame over the old roof and raised it up. By adding a pitch to the roof up to a peak, the water is now able to run off properly. This alternative approach avoids the need to rebuild the roof and should allow the aluminum to last much longer. The aluminum pan roof is now maintenance-free for the most part, except for occasional cleaning.

Large Clamshell Aluminum Awnings

Complete Mobile Home Rehaul

This photo is from a complete overhaul of a mobile home we recently finished here in Central Florida. There is no job too big or too small for us to handle, and that is why we have so many satisfied customers in Brevard County plus Orlando and surrounding areas.

On this particular remodel, we put on new vinyl siding, removed a shed and patio roof, and installed vinyl skirting beneath it. This project took about 7 days worth of work with a crew of two for an entirely new look.

Car Port to Screen Room Conversion

One of the best ways to save money on any project around the home is by working with what is already there. In this example, we used the existing car port to form a screen room. By putting a wall with a door in the center of the already installed car port, we were able to form a screen room for this very satisfied customer.

This project was done by building 2 walls under the preexisting roof. You can see we installed two vinyl windows in the screen room area, allowing for a cool breeze to enter the screened in area. With the customer’s approval, we decided to turn half of the car port into a screened in area, saving on materials and therefore saving this customer a good amount of money. This carport to screen room plan gave our customer a custom built screen room that is one-of-a-kind.

Complete Screen Room Remodel

This series of photos is from a project that is a complete remodel of an existing screen room. Doing a remodel is less expensive than a complete screen room replacement. On this project in Kissimmee Gardens, we replaced all the screens, and reconstructed the entire outside of the mobile home to our client’s expectations.

As of March 1, 2018 we purchased a building and relocated to Cocoa Florida including all sales, production, and operations.
