New Kissimmee Awning Manufacturing Facility

The move previously announced was completed weeks ago and we’re finally getting photos online to show off our bigger and better aluminum awning manufacturing facility in Kissimmee.

2018 Update: We purchased a building and relocated to Cocoa Florida on March 1, 2018. The photo on the left is the front of our previous Kissimmee home office.

Watch for news about our factory showroom grand opening to be featured sometime in the future. Not only can you visit our new location and showroom to check out finished products, you may view our production line where the awnings are actually made.

Winterized Florida Screen Room

An advantage of living in Central Florida is enjoying your screen room at least 9 months each year. During December, January, and February temperatures sometimes get near or below freezing, so consider the option of a winterized Florida screen room.

We can construct a screen room with louvered glass windows so you can adjust air flow to allow a cool summer breeze when it’s hot, or block the rain and wind at other times including the winter.

A winterized Florida screen room is not a room addition with insulation and hot air or cooling ducts. Even though you could heat or cool the area through a glass sliding door it would be expensive. The area is still a screen room and dependent on the outdoor temperature, so it would be inefficient using a space heater to warm it up on those cool cold days.

This retrofit was added to the existing mobile home and we handled everything from the cement slab to framing and final construction.

The open area screen room is to the left and the fully enclosed integrated storage shed is to the right. Look closely and you’ll see the storage shed door entrance is accessed from the home by going through the screen room, so if it’s raining you remain dry in between.
